Excellent mouse. Saved my wrist.
After a couple of years of use this mouse is still holding up strong, and it's absolutely quality in every sense. The adjustable angle and height is a big reason I was able to recover from CTS without needing surgery on my wrist. The hinge is very beefy, and the overall frame feels nice and big, while still packing away into a normal sized package when you need to transport it. My only complaint would be that there's nowhere to store the USB signal emitter on the mouse, and it's very small so you could lose it easily if you're not careful. The slot for the charging port is almost the same size as the USB end, so it seems like it could have been widened a little to allow the signal emitter to be stored there. Possibly, in a future model.

Great mouse, slightly awkward forward / back buttons
So, first, the only thing I really wish was different: this is wireless with dongle, not wireless with Bluetooth. But it doesn't claim to be otherwise, so can't hold that against it. As is, I primarily use it as a wired, but it's a nice potential option for if it should come up.Ergonomics are great, just about infinitely adjustable, really like it, even the center wheel: except for the side forward and back buttons. Now, I generally don't use those (actually disabled them), but if I did want to use them, they would be extremely awkwardly placed. They seem way too far back, and given how the thumb rest is adjustable, it would have been nice if they could have been incorporated into the thumb rest itself, as there's often a lot of distance between my thumb and those buttons now.The customization program: I actually liked it. Seemed usable enough, if not "pretty". I was able to set my sensitivity to where I wanted it, make the third button a triple click (I often have to select blocks of text for work, real time saver there) and disable the pesky side buttons to prevent accidental use, so it's fine for me. But I have a misty half-remembered fondness for DOS Shell, so I might be broken inside.

IF YOU ARE A POWER USER AND HAVE LARGE HANDS, THIS IS A BUY
Plus Side:The plus-side features far outweigh the negatives. (Yes, I suggest it’s worth buying)Once properly (for you) fitted, it’s more comfortable and easier to use than a regular mouse. It has more functions than a regular mouse.Buttons are all mappable.Ergonomic adjustments maintain their position (once properly fitted to your hand). It works well with Win-7.It works well with Linux Mint O/S.I’ve not tested, but likely it works well with someone who uses Win 10.The overall quality of the hardware seems satisfactory.I have a glass desktop, and unlike a normal laser mouse, the Unimouse works without a pad.Negative Side:The overall size works better for large hands than for small hands.Instructions are both confusing and lacking.(Example) After remapping the buttons, it is necessary to eject and remove the dongle, then plug it back in for it to accept the new functions. Nowhere do the instructions say this. You need to go to their website and download & install the full driver (but it’s worth doing so)While it works well with Linux, its mapping doesn’t always translate perfectly. The “click” is too loud. It’s good to hear a click in order to know you did something, but the whole room doesn’t need to hear it.It does take some time for your hand and hand motions to acclimate to the new style and new buttons. But again, it’s well worth continuing to test it out for several days rather than rejecting the new feel of it.Like any ergonomic tool, once you get used to it, it’s hard to go back. So if you work with more than one computer, or with computers of associates, you may have to buy more than one of these. A regular mouse feels ridiculous after having gotten used to the Unimouse.Conversely, if you have another or others who sometimes sit and use your computer, you may want to have a regular mouse plugged in and ready for them to use.

Good concept but definitely needs to be worked on
First, the thumb rest is awkwardly placed. It doesn't go back far enough and is far too high to make the side buttons useful. This leaves you with only using the 3 keys on top, which would be ok, if the driver wasn't garbage. Previously, the driver/program would constantly forget your key assignments if it wasn't standard right-click, left-click, etc. If you program it to anything else like Pg Dn, it forgets it so you constantly have to reset it, especially after computer sleeps. Then you have to reboot for it to take effect which is incredibly annyoying when you're in the midst of work. The latest driver is completely useless and crashes the computer. The settings stick with the new one but the whole driver just crashes multiple times a day lol. I previously had a mouse driver from another company that was great, never had issues but it can't read the 3rd top button on the Unimouse so I can't use it. Super frustrating to have wasted money on this.If you only need the right and left click with no other button configurations and you have very large hands, this may work well for you.

Horrible Customer Service
This mouse has a great concept with its flexibility and shape. It makes my arthritis hands feel less pain. The main issue I have now, just after having this mouse for six months, is that the scroll wheel bounces back and forth and has caused many headaches when trying to present virtually in my daily work situation. I contacted customer service and have been asked three times for SN and other info, with no urgency for a solution. After a month of contacting customer service, I am in a position to buy a different brand. Learn from my experience and save your money for a brand with better customer service and backs its products up!

Remarkably good mouse, great for home office work and for gaming!
I bought this on the off chance that it was going to meet all my requirements, ie: a rechargeable, adaptable ergonomic mouse suitable for working from home, and for m,y high end gaming rig.The battery on this lasts a very long time, its light and comfortable and the mouse polling has no delay in any of my games, even resource hungry games like Cyberpunk 2077.Highly recommended!
