Keep your dog stimulated
If you own a dog you know how easily they can get bored, and a bored dog is a dog that will find trouble. This book aims to help you keep your dog's mind and senses sharp. THere is a section or two on training advice. I especially appreciated the section on training your dog to be gentle and kind with children. I own and have always owned giant breed dogs, so or our family it is imperative we teach our dogs to be gentle with children. Another large section of the book looks at different skill games you can play with your dog that really teach valuable skills. FOr example, there are games to exercise the body, ones that help with focus, games in the water, etc. THere is likely a game for whatever skill you need to teach or reinforce. The author comes across as knowing there stuff, and the teaching has aligned with everything I learned from dog trainers I had to pay. I just appreciate being able to do it myself.

Increase your bond and improve behavior
If you want to help your furry friend exercise their mind this book helps you set up the best games to have fun together while strengthening your bond and improving their behavior. They help you understand the importance of keeping them active and get into helping you identify how they communicate. They provide tips on getting a good toy for them and top training tips. I love that they emphasize that patience and consistency is key. They give tips on if and when you have children around. Chapter 6 that goes into training mistakes save me a lot of time. The wide variety of options for games from food to agility to focus and so many more are amazing.

keep your dog from getting bored
I really enjoyed this book. I do have a dog but she is very calm and doesn't get into trouble, most of the time. Every dog has their moments whether it's because they are bored or want attention. This book is like a "how to speak dog" book, it gives info on what certain behaviors mean, how to pick the best toys and even has games to play with your dog.

Nothing interesting
Very disappointed, learned nothing. Mostly basic training items. Reads like a child wrote it.

Training for your furbaby.
If you have a dog, you know there are times when they get a tad unruly. This is usually do to a lot of inactivity and tons of energy with nothing to do with it. Learn games and training exercises that will help your dog use excess energy in a positive way. By working with your dog, you'll build a bond and they will respect you as well as others and have some joy taking on new tasks. Good explanation of different types of exercises you can share with your dog and have fun will learning.
