Pretty good.
Installation was pretty easy as far as bunk beds go. Seems like it's not going to fall apart. Not much to say really it does what it says it's going to and it doesn't fall apart. Make sure you have plenty of open space to assemble in a second person would make it much easier. Loctite works well and make sure once you've assembled everything you go right back through retighten all the screws.

The price gets five stars, even with minor flaws.
Please be aware that I am giving this five stars because I have searched in stores and online without finding a bunk bed this inexpensive that has the weight capacity of this one. I have a teen and preteen, so a bed with a 100 lb. weight limit is out of the question. This bed has a 200 lb. top bunk weight limit, so that alone makes it five stars for the price. However, there are a few very minor issues, mostly with the paint job, that might irritate someone who expects perfection at even this rock bottom price. For me, they aren't enough to deduct points from the product. I did not expect a $1000 bed for $160, so I was fine with the tiny flaws. There are a couple of spots where the paint just didn't cover well, and they look almost rusty. It's not the full-on, metal weakening type, but just bare metal, untreated look. They are near the spots the bed joins, so once everything was together, you don't even see them. The slats apparently rubbed together during shipping, and the paint on them is scuffed; again, it's minor, and it looks as though it happened during shipping. The slats were the only thing not individually wrapped, so the rubbing isn't even visible. The bolts do extend from the bed; they aren't flush with the metal. However, they are rounded and coated, so I don't see this as a problem, either. They are intended to be that way. One thing that irritated me a little is that one of the slats is bent. That seemed odd, because it's the only one and they were together in the box, so it seems like it was that way before shipping. It's not enough to affect the sturdiness of the bed. I put that slat near the head of the bed, so little weight will be on it, just in case. Now for the good parts. This bed is very sturdy, very heavy, and it doesn't squeak or sway. While it is very tedious to assemble, it is simple and the instructions are great. Everything you need is included in the box. The instructions say you need two people to assemble it, and that it takes two hours. I HIGHLY recommend that you get help with this, if you can. I couldn't, and I assembled it alone in about an hour, but it was a pain. One warning: the instructions say not to tighten the bolts until the bed is completely assembled, and I cannot stress this too much. DO NOT TIGHTEN THOSE BOLTS UNTIL THE BED IS COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED. I hand-tightened them, and had to take some out a bit, because I had tightened them too much, just with my hands.Update: I bought this in September 2015. In May 2018, it's still strong and sturdy, though squeaky. It has been a great value for me.

Mostly awesome, definitely worth it.
A little rust on the inside of the poles but no biggy, ittl be dry so I don't see how it could worsen. I like the size in hight and length. I got the black twin/twin and put it together fine with a little help from my 9 yr old. Maybe took an hr in all but I took little breaks. The bad part.. the 2 very end slats (1 on each side) won't secure into place even with everything tightend up but I don't think ittl be a fall risk. Definitely feels sturdy! Nothing was missing but they sent extra pieces just in case. It does have a few dings but I'm not picky! Everything was labeled correctly ππ₯π―

Nice project for You and the Family,
Wooow. This Set is nice, and fits our needs as far as having an extra bed for the Grandkids when they cum over. The top bunk is pretty high and I have 10 ft ceilings. Now I'm getting down to it. !st the weight; this was so heavy to lift and carry and after getting it inside, we decided to just leave on the first floor instead of trying to carry it upstairs to the bedroom. 2nd the assembly; I will say it wasn't difficult to assemble, but it is very challenging if you don't pay close attention to the provided instructions. For instance, The Hinges; When applying hinges to the futon part, make sure you stand in the inside of the bed and not the outside. the hinges have R for right and L for left, so I took the approach going at from the outside and once i thought I was done, turns out I wasn't. so I had to take apart the bottom swipe the hinges. Also pay close attention to the ladder assembly as well. you can easily install them upside down. (Side note) The ladder is very uncomfortable climbing up for an Adult. They hurt your feet standing on them or climbing up. I Can't really comment on assembly time, because we were watching football along with just taking our time. If i am giving a timeline, I would say we began about 5:00 and was done around 8:30ish, but there was no rush our part and it was 4 of us. 3 doing assembling and 1 bringing parts upstairs. It was cool. So maybe you and your family should give it a go, if this is the type of bunk bed set you need. Enjoy!!!!π

Great product and very sturdy
I was skeptical after seeing other reviews but this bunk bed was awesome! I bought it for visiting adult guests and it worked like a charm. I put it up myself so it took me over 2 days to put it up. I spent about 4 hours the first day and around the same amount of time the next day but I went very slow. The instructions were very clear and everything I needed was in the package. I saw some videos with shaker beds and I think itβs because they did not tighten the screws as instructed. Once I tightened the screws it was very sturdy. My guests were very comfortable. I even slept on the bottom bunk for a few weeks after they left then I took it down. Great product and price!

A must have Product
Awesome product. Value for money. Economical and space saving. Very much reliable. Only problem is that they should change their delivery partner " Delhivry". Non reliable and delay in delivery.
