These batteries actually have the chips to protect themselves from damage using BMS or Battery Management System. The specs tell the tale. The batteries came in properly charged according to the specification. Don’t be alarmed if your battery arrives at 90% capacity, because that level of charge is sometimes used for battery health, again in some cases. I ran 25 discharge/charges cycles with NO change in capacitance! The amperage was great as a matter of fact. I could detect any drop in charge capacity. Very impressive. You can't get that type of performance if a battery is of poor design and construction. I will definitely keep this company in mind for replacement Lithium batteries and I recommend you give them a try too. The Gikysuiz Replacement Battery for Eufy RoboVac is suitable for many models, but I needed it for the 11S. Though it's a few years old, this Eufy has never been used. It never worked, out-of-the-box. My daughter and her husband gave up on it ever working and stashed it away until she recently asked me to determine if I could get it to work. It's out of warranty, but it's brand new as far as condition is concerned,I've examined several possibilities as to why the vac was DOA, the main suspect being a bad battery. The operation light atop the machine changes from blue to (breathing) orange to solid red - all very quickly. Remove it from the charger, and it's completely dead. I checked the charger with a multimeter, and it's okay.I figured it might be a bad battery that came with the vac. I got this replacement, since it's reasonably priced and I figured it was worth a shot. I regret to report that it's not the battery, as this one behaved the same way as the original. Two bad batteries? I don't think so.I've been in touch with Eufy support, and they think it may be an internal charging problem, or something else. By the way, I've been very pleased with their prompt and knowledgeable assistance.I can't report much about the endurance and performance of this battery, since I haven't been able to use it. As mentioned, it's inexpensive, especially compared to other replacement batteries I've priced for other portable vacs I own. It appears to be constructed well and even came with a screwdriver that matches the screws of the vac. That said, I've given it the benefit of the doubt and 5 stars.

I bought this on August 5 and run my robot three times a week. It runs for one hour each time and this battery does not stay charged enough for my robot to get back to its homebase. This has happened twice that I come home and it’s dead in the middle of a room.
