You need to search and get the trezor.io/start page up on your computer screen first 'before' connecting the trezor via usb. After that the trezor software will download onto the device from the computer. The screen walks you through from there. Be prepared to write down the 24 seed recovery words and make a pin of 6 to 9 digits for the trezor to sign on to before starting. I give 5 stars. I have multiple trezors as I believe you don't keep all you eggs in one basket. For beginners, it's a good idea to watch a YouTube video on how to set up the trezor prior to setting one up yourself. There is no customer service but you can email them and there's extensive workshops on how to use the trezor. .

Trezor is negligent in delivering fair user warnings and instructions.
I'm going to be brief, I lost about $2,000 using the Trezor. I keep going over and over, reviewing support email after support email going in circles for over a month for the final determination to be I used a different passphrase. I'm not going to explain all the minutia of my learning experience. Let's just sum it up like this, Trezor is negligent in that does not give any way of demoing how the product should be used before you put it into real-time use with real money, or is it real money:)?. Anyway, in my case, it was real money to the tune of just under $2,000. If you use the device as instructed and I trust me I did my receiving address can't be found in the Trezor. Mixed messages from Trezor support, over a month of back and forth emails. If you choose to buy the Trezor, please, it is critical that you test your Trezor with a small transaction first and then confirm that small is received as it should be to your Trezor wallet.Okay, is the device good? I have no idea. It seems well built, the support was friendly enough and responsive enough, Kinda. But the issue is not the device, it is, in fact, the lack of supporting how to documentation. It should read when you open the box or in the website description. You can lose and #$it loads of money. Maybe even a popup disclosure warning you of the risks.Best of luck to all of you, I hope this saves your wallet. I have about 5k in BTC just sitting out in the digital abyss.

Getting into bitcoin has been a steep learning curve for me. What meager bits that I mine can be transferred to this little electronic gizmo. So cool. Fifty years ago if someone had talked about electronic money mined in the clouds the white coats would have been on the way.

Love The Product, Love The Company Even More!
Product looks, geels, and works well! Couldn't ask for much more. Had a small issue that turned out to be 100% my fault, yet the compnay still came through and REALLY hooked me up! They owed me othing, yet went out of the way to fulfill my want/need and just basically told me, "Not a problem at all, here's one on us for the holidays".... So refreshing to deal with great people.... Wow!

Genuine Trezor
Received genuine trezor one with the assortment of extras. I bought this one as a backup device as I already had one that I use regularly. I really like this device, I use it to store crypto, but the trezor password manager is also nice. I like their software better than the ledger software.

Awesome product, easy to setup & use. Was able to send direct payouts from slush to Trezor w/ no issues. Product came as described & with everything as advertised in the photograph. My only beef is with the length of the USB. But I have one that is longer, so no biggie. Very satisfied with the product!!Personal Thoughts: didn't expect the Trezor to be so tiny, it was quite a surprise.

Easy to use and works as expected.
I am an ethereum developer and use quite a bit of ether in my day-to-day activities. Keeping my private keys offline is a requirement for me. I bought the Trezor because of its integration with Metamask (the browser plug-in that enables ether transactions) and am very pleased. It works perfectly and the manual process of signing transactions with the device is simple and quick.

Such an easy product to navigate
I bought this item a week ago with a whole bunch of uncertainty. I thought it'd be hard to use and navigate. All my original thoughts went out the window after i easily learned how to transfer crypto currency onto the device. I am extremely happy with this product. It was recommended to me by someone. And i would most definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a secure way to store their crypto currency. 5 stars

First use pending purchase of BTC in USD or CAD. Have used in the past (and currently hold) small amounts of GBTC thatare priced at a premium to the true price of bitcoin. Expect Trezor to allow continued expansion of BTC position withoutthe premium, and enhanced security. As to ease of use, we shall see.

Trezor unit 100%... a total beginner’s explanation for how to log in/ transact/and safely disconnect is a little sparser, but not impossible to find... I ended up safely using it. Being a ‘newbee’, that says a lot...
