I am always a size 8 1/2 or 9. So I went with the 9. Way too short in length, my toes are hitting the end

I loved the color of the boot, but it was too small, even tho i order half a size larger than normal. They were way too tight. I say order at leas one size bigger than normal.

I love these boots! They are so cute on and I have received so many compliments. I am a size 6 so I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. I have had no problems with them.

I pulled these out of the package and was amazed at their beauty. Gorgeous snow boots!However, I had to return them. I had measured my foot, and the chart indicated it was size 7.If shopping in a shoe store, I usually buy size 7, but only very occasionally I size up to a 7 1/2.Reviews suggested these run true to size, and being they're snow boots, after all, and should have room for socks (?), I ordered the size 7.But they were too short for my big toes, even without the warm socks one would expect to wear under snow boots. I returned them. If size 8 had been available in the red, I would have ordered the size 8 as a replacement. It was sold out, though, so I ordered a different type of snow boot to replace these.5 stars for the beautiful color and finish.Subtracting 1 star only b/c they have no arch support at all. And because they were a bit small for the size.But, if they'd been available in an 8 at the time, I would have just ordered these same boots in size 8 regardless of the lack of arch support. They're that pretty.

I ordered the orange color and they were really cool looking. These however were too tight for my feet and definitely not for wide-width wearers.

The original order was too small but within days a replacement larger size was delivered. Can not fault the sellers customer service. The actual product is as described and good value for money. Advice to any buyers, from my experience, is to order a full size larger than your normal shoe size.

These took a long time to come.The grips are ok but less good than other boots I have had.Used them in icy conditions fine for a few days but the first time there was snow or rain I found they immediately let water in.

These boots are lovely so comfy and snug I didnt want to take them off they definitely keep your feet warm and comfortable in winter weather. Had to buy them in my favourite colour purple.

Well made and looks waterproof, was happy at first , unfortunately runs a bit too small and with winter socks wouldn't be comfortable so had to return.Does not look ugly.

The service from this supplier was great just a shame about the products sizing issues, order a size 5 was too small and narrow! Liked the boots so returned and reordered a size 6 still too small and narrow! Was promptly refunded on both occasions hence three stars.
