I’ve had these bands for about a year and they are good so far. I’ve had bands from other companies and all of them broke at some point. Hopefully these will outlast the others I’ve had.

Great band for stepping up the resistance
I've been using the red band (one size lighter than this blue band) but decided it was time to increase the resistance. The blue band is a good step up and much more challenging than the red band. It's quite a bit wider so hand grip can be challenging on some exercises because this band really pulls back on your hands. Just something to think about if you don't have big hands. I'd say mine are average for an adult male. The quality of these bands is very high, very thick strong rubber. I never had any problem with the red band so don't expect any with this one. They're on the expensive side but worth it to me.

Son bastante resistentes tengo casi un año con usándolas diario. Solo recomiendo que tengan cuidado de amarrarlas a bordes filosos que la puedan desgastar.
