Works like a charm. The trick to the back screw is to use an electric ratchet with a socket and short Phillips head to put into the 1:4” socket. It works like a charm. Unit works as it should. It gives off a burning smell at the first start up, after a few minutes the smell goes away.

We noticed a burning smell. Thought it was the vent full of lint. But it was the heater coil overheating. Watched a few videos and did the work. Not hard at all. A stubby magnetic screwdriver would have been nice to have. Also recommend replacing sensors while you’re at it.

Bought the element in July and by November it’s already shot. Lasted us 4 months.

This was a very much more affordable set vs repair websites. All the parts work as intended. My dryer which was not drying properly, now dries with no issues and the heat is back up to par! On a reasonable price I might add!
