Does the job!
I purchased these brackets so that I could make a collapsible folding table in my laundry room. It definitely feels sturdy. My only suggestion is don’t put too much way weight on it since the brackets aren’t very long. I was surprised to even find these because none of the hardware stores locally had them. Needless to say I love it after installing it. I would recommend them!

Very nice brackets
This worked for me really well. With the correct tools you will be able to install this with no issues. I did used different screws to hold the table to the brackets. My table is 3/4" thick so I used 3/4" screws. Regarding the attachment to the wall, I didn't have any stud on the spot I needed to place the brackets so I used 70lbs anchor screws (the ones that you put the plastic hook first and then the screw) to hold it better. Remember to leave around 1/2" distance between the table and the wall so there's enough space for when you need to close it as you need to raise it a bit to unlock the brackets before folding the table down. Once fully opened, it looks good and is pretty flat (not 100% leveled) but is almost there pretty good.

these are super-stout well made brackets - highly recommend!
Very happy and pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I needed to make a small platform to display large dolls on to photograph instead of putting them on a high table or leaving them down on the floor - neither makes for a good shot. Instead of folding out like a wall shelf like the images, I put one on each end of an 8x36 prefinished shelf, with 18" legs made from cutting another shelf in two. The brackets are really solid and strong, making a stout little table with the legs folding underneat when not in use, and stored.

Xintan Tiger shelves
The shelves came as promised, very well priced, easy to put up, and a little flimsy but does what it is built for. Would have been nice if they included the drywall anchors with the purchase and is the only reason I did not give them a 5 rating. Would buy again

Worked great for my purpose
Worked great for my purpose, put a 18 in. by 16 in. shelf on the side of a craft cart. Seems kind of loose until installed then it's rock solid, easy to open and close. Be sure to leave a small gap, 1/16 of an inch, between the wall and back edge of shelf, you need to over open/raise slightly to lock in place. Saved a lot of time over using hinges and homemade support arm.

Highly recommend
Love these brackets. My husband built these shelves from crates from JoAnns, and I chalk painted them. Still needed a table on the side to work on and put my legs under as I have arthritis everywhere. I do lots of stuff in front of tv and my recliner. Just ordered second pair for a drop leaf table by my grooming table that I use to groom my pomeranian and yorkie. If I don't strench my right leg out, it cramps up on me. Highly recommend these shelf brackets if your looking for a drop leaf table.

Can’t find this practical item at Lowe’s or Home Depot
These items are Lifesavers. It amazes me the number of workers at Home Depot and Lowe’s who have never heard of food-down shelf brackets. None of the stores even carry this item. I found that extremely odd sense in my opinion this is standard hardware. I was renovating an RV I need counter space. I purchased a nice piece of wood, made cuts, and now have a nice area too cook, prep, and do dishes and fold away after I’m done. Will definitely purchase again.

Exactly what I needed.
I wanted to mount a small ironing board on the back of a closet door. I didn’t want anything flimsy like the ones that hang over the top. These brackets were mounted to a piece of wood that I cut to fit inside the bottom of my “thrifted” metal tabletop ironing board. I’m now able to quickly access the ironing board and store it again.
