Coconut oil in a jar
When you open the jar it solid , start scraping a bit out and it just melts in your hands it's fabulous from all over the body , put loads on your feet and sleep in socks on your feet will be delicious all day . You can even put it in your hair, but firstly I would melt a little in a pot in the microwave so it's completely liquid, then Librelease smooth it all over your hair including your scalp right down to the ends , put one of those turban towels on your head a couple of hours I have even slept in mine . Your hair comes out beautifully soft after shampooing . But I have yet to see mine grow as they said it did in the advert but I still will be using it . After having it I have been told by lots of people that you can get it much cheaper in chemists.
