they were super easy to work with and are actually sending me ...
I ordered the inspiralizer lite to incorporate more veggies into my meals. I received the product and was eager to try it. The first thing I tried to make was white potato noodles, they didn’t come out according to the blade setting, so I messaged the company on instagram to properly operate the device. In the mean time, I realized I couldn’t take it apart, the parts were so tight, I just knew we would break it. I received a message on a Sunday from their Instagram page with contact info... they were super easy to work with and are actually sending me a brand new device, as they believe mine may be defected. While waiting on my new one, inspiralized peppers, onions, butternut squash, and zucchini... sooooo easy, even with a defected device! The ease of use and great customer service made this product worthy of a 5 Star rating!Side note: I also ordered the cookbooks, both of them, which give lots of tips and great ideas to work the device!

I love the product and love her cookbooks
I love the product and love her cookbooks. It has completely changed the way we cook food in our house. We are eating more veggies now than ever. Unfortunately I bought my inspiralizer lite via an open box amazon promo and I think it is broken. It doesn’t stick to my counter and we have issues with the sliding piece sliding. So I just went ahead and ordered an inspiralizer Pro on HSN a couple weekends ago for cheaper than I bought my inspiralizer lite. Can’t wait to get it in the mail!!!

Won't spiralize harder vegetables
Love the hold tight clamp. Love the rotating blade system (unless it's responsible for the problems, read on).Love the compact form and sharp blades.Does excellent job with soft vegetables like zucchini.BUT, when I tried to spiralize peeled butternut squash using spaghetti blade, all I got was a ribbon cut. Tried another piece with linguine and fettichini blades and, again, just the ribbon cut. I could see faint lines where the noodles should have been cut. Immediately tried zucchini without moving blade and worked fine.Next I tried a peeled golden beet. Same result in that all the blades gave me ribbon cuts. The difference here, though, was that I was able to separate the individual noodles manually but they all came out as ribbon initially.Deal breaker if I can't spiralize butternut squash and beets. I didn't even try sweet potato.Very disappointed.I have been using spiralizers for more than 10 years, using the Benriner, Paderno and a newer electric model. The features of this unit were innovative and appealed to me. Happy that others got working units.

Best Spiralizer on the Market
I have used many different types of spiralizers and this one is by far the best one. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the fact it is the "lite" version it required assembly yourself and was very challenging to get the pieces to fit together because the plastic is very hard. I feel like its a sign of the quality of materials that everything fits together very tightly, but if you make any mistakes in assembly you won't be able to disassemble to fix it.

I really love this spiralizer
I really love this spiralizer, huge upgrade from the handheld I was using. My ONLY complaint is that the suction comes unstuck often while I'm spiralizing. Maybe I put too much arm into it, but I need to re-suction a few times during each use.

The inspiralizer lite does the job.
I like my inspiralizer. I got the cookbook as a gift so wanted to buy this to go with it, but I did not want to spend a lot. This lite version does the job well, even with one suction on this lite version. Have used it for sweet potatoes, beets, cabbage, large carrots, zucchini with very good results.

It does the job, but it's not great for storage and there's no way to totally cover the blades when not in use.
