I have had a lot of medical issues and tests done in the past 2 years. It has been hard to keep track of test names and dates. I had to change doctors and this was so helpful for my first appointment with new doctor. I was able to provide answers to when and what I have had done quickly.

Not at all what I wanted. Designed for the USA. Many years ago I bought a medical records book to use for my son. It has pages for illnesses, accidents & hospital visits and for any innoculations & vaccinations. It is perfect. Sadly the company which made them is no longer in existance and nobody has replaced them. This is no substitute and I will be disposing of it.
