SinoPro 5W LED COB Underground Path Light Yard Garden Landscape In-ground Lights Outdoor Decorative Spotlight, AC/DC 12V, IP67 Waterproof

I have bought several variations of these SinoPro lights. I have been very impressed so far with the lights, and especially impressed with the SinoPro customer service. The first few lights I bought were to test the wattage in my yard at various locations to determine what configuration of lights I should buy. When the first lights came, I was impressed with the quality of build and the light itself for a such a value priced item. The lights have worked great during my tests, and I cannot wait to install them when my yard development is done.My real rave for Sinopro is with their customer service. Even though they are located in a foreign country (I am not sure which one), they answered my inquiries extremely quickly, were very helpful. They even bent over backward to resolve an issue caused by my mistake! (I processed a refund for a light because, after testing, another wattage was going to work better. Unfortunately I put the wrong light into my return package. Sinopro went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation that was my fault in the first place! Even though I am leery of dealing with companies who are foreign based, I received better customer service from Sinopro than from most domestic companies.I look forward to buying and using their products in the future!

I bought this 9 months ago to put at the base of a big tree in our front yard. To add extra protection, I cut the top off of a soda can and inserted that in the ground first to act like a sleeve again the dirt. At month nine, the light stopped working. Looks like condensation has gotten into the light and must have shorted out the LED electronics. This shouldn't have happened to and "underground" light this quickly. We don't get much rain in Southern California, but I guess just enough to kill this light.

I originally bought two. One looked brand new and worked flawlessly, the other had minor amounts of dirt in the crevasses of the housing body and the wire ends were frayed. Obviously it was used and returned. I hooked both lights up to my landscape lighting system and the "used" one did not work. So I returned it and bought a new one. When the new one came it also had signs of use (stripped and frayed wire ends)! I tested it on my lighting system and it too did not work. One out of three is not that bad...wait??

Bought three of these 5W LED together with 7W LED and 10W LED.Two 5W LED stop working after a few weeks (turn on 4-5 hours a day at night), another 7W and 10W LED are working fine.When it works, it is so bright, can't believe that it is 5W LED.This 5W case is smaller than the 7W and 10W. (7W and 10W are in the same case size but bigger than the 5W)This item sold by SinoPro not Amazon and the return period is about 30 days.Do not buy thess 5W LED. It works only for a few weeks and then dead.It will stop working right after the return period is ended.

Burned out after 30 days so I cannot return. Please learn from my mistake and let's make sure this product never sells again. It is junk, spend you money on something better. I had failures on 3w, 7w, and 10 w all within 90 days of install. Please do not buy! Poor customer experience :(

Bought 4 of them and they all stopped working within 6 months. Don't buy this product!

Half of the lights were out or rusted after a month. Now 6 months after installing them, out of 33 lights that we bought, only 6 are still working. This is inadmissible. Worst of all is that there is no customer service to contact regarding their absolutely defective and faulty product.

Lots of light and truly rain proof.
