I've had back problems for many years from sitting at a desk all day. This is great for opening up your shoulders and back. I love using the yoga wheel for a few minutes each night to stretch out, it’s amazing! The eBook (which was sent by email) was a nice little extra as was the yoga strap :) The book gives clear guidance on how to use the wheel and the straps help me stretch safely. As a result my back has been much better.

Love this wheel for stretching my back out, feels great after. Also a great prop for when you are starting to practice the yoga pose wheel and still building arm strength, you are halfway there already so not as much arm strength required to get the benefits of this very health enhancing pose. Love it. The free yoga strap is a great addition too - I already have another pete's strap so keep one in my gym bag and the other at home. Very comfy foam covering. Recommended

It is a well made and sturdy piece of yoga equipment, takes a while to get used to as it is quite hard on your back, the advice is to add a folded towel and blanket over it until you get used to it...and this works.The poses on the leaflet/brochure are quite hard, the crow pose or headstand is virtually impossible as the wheel frame hurts your hands...however it is really goid for practicing back bends...

I’m really not a one for gimmicks or unnecessary props.... however whatever propelled me to buy this was a good choice, Pete’s choice!A subliminal need to open my heart rolled up in a back supportive extender. Really sturdy and releases my spine after driving or sitting at a desk. It just feels divine! Buy it and check out YouTube for ideas on how to use it.
