Soap had lost its scent.
When I unwrapped the two-pack, a lot of powdery soap dust fell out. The essential oils were also undetectable. My guess is that the soap had been sitting on a shelf for perhaps years. Nevertheless it lathers up nicely which, along with the (missing) fragrance, is my reason for buying it.
