This has been really good when trying to train our 6 month old Irish Setter, who does his best with us but none of us seem to have been on the same wavelength at times ;it's got lots of tips to try, & I'm hopeful that we & the dog will get the hang of what is expected of us.

Does not give advice specific to Irish setters it just has a picture of a setter on its front page, Its a bit of a swizz I already have a brilliant general puppy training book so this was a wasted purchase for me. If it was paper I would have sent it back!!!

Great book for perspective Irish Setter owners.
I loved the writing style of this book and its many anecdotes that only an Irish settter owner can appreciate. Would recommend to anyone considering owning this breed. Can't comment on training success yet ....still in the early days but recall taining strategy sounds like the author truly understands this dog type....fingers crossed it works>

Irish Setter Book
This book was very informative and eye opening. We are getting a 6 month old female Irish Setter this week And the suggestions about how to train were amazing! I also learned several things about what human food to give my dog and which NOT to! A very beneficial read!
