I bought this as my old comforter and my personal blanket attracted her foof like a moth to a flame. So I bought two of these- and while it does have fur on the blanket it isn't nearly as bad.The process to remove the fur from these two blankets is significantly easier than my old two blankets. Shake off, wash, dry... clean. The older two would need me to run a hand vac over them, shake out, wash twice and still have fur on them.They are a bit warmer than the older ones but that is a small trade off and is entirely subjective to the individual- you might have a different experience.

Very soft and not heavy
This is the best blanket I have ever purchased. It is soft and lightweight, yet maintains warmth. I love it! I have washed it a couple of times and have not experienced any issues. I bought the King size chocolate colored one. I bought it in September 2019.
