In dire need of an editor. This over padded production could have providedthe same useful info in 1/4 the length. For 99c I'm not going to complain more than I already have in this review.

I was reluctant to buy this book because I was nervous it would be similar to others I have seen and tried. I am glad I decided to buy it and was impressed with how easy it was to read and understand. Other books I have seen are too complicated to understand and I become frustrated trying to understand what they mean or having to YouTube/ Google things they are talking about. This book does not overly complicate what it is saying and does not get too scientific on us average users.The book is well-organized and easy to follow, with clear explanations and practical tips for every aspect of physique building. This is the book that I didn't know I needed. coming from Science based background and a fitness nut [soccer 22+ years, wrestling 5 years, and ruby 3 years] and now body building. I have paid people and programs that did not come close to the details in this book shared in an understandable form. Understandable as applicable.Listen I read cover to cover Eric helms books [The muscle & strength pyramid [nutrition and training]]. which was a long and thick read. This book right here distill all that information in an applicable way.So what Im I doing with it.I just re-wrote my fitness program and currently working on food shopping for my nutrient and nutrition. yes, it is that applicable.
