It was important to know that a charger does not come with the scanner.
This item was delivered without the charger, therefore iit is useless and cannot be used without the charger. Please send the charger and I will be able to use the item.

Nine pin connector will not plug in to 2017 international 4300 truck
Would not work on my truck cause it wouldn’t plug in, seems like the casting is goofed up on the plug inDon’t buy this

No usb cable came with the scanner tool
It is disappointing that it doesn't come with the cable I hope that when I buy the cable that it works otherwise it would be a waste of money
