Best pull-up diapers out there
These are the best pull-up diapers out there, and I've tried them all. I (male) typically don't have access to a bathroom for up to 6 hours most days so good diapers are a necessity. I use the Level 3 and regularly empty a full bladder into them and they hold it. And I once took the hugest dump that's ever come out of me into one of these and it held it, i don't know how but it did. For best results, urinate while standing and lean forward slightly, never had a leak that way. I have not found any pull-up, including these, that can take a full bladder relief while sitting, it will leak. You can go while sitting if its not a real lot though. I find these to be very comfortable once you get used to them, and there is no crinkly noise. As long as you don’t wear tight fitting pants, no one can tell you’re wearing a diaper. I really don’t know what I would do without these. The brands in retail stores like depends, are all trash.

Pricey but worth it
Abena in my opinion is the gold standard of incontinence care products. Super absorbent, top quality, and comfortable. Wish they were a little less expensive, but then they would likely have to compromise somewhere.

These are great. The price is not. Too expensive for the amount
They fit well and differ from most because they cover more of the backside so that they don't give you a wedgie or slide over

When containment is essential…NOT A SINGLE LEAK IN MORE THAN A YEAR OF USING
From the start of this problem I have used Abena. A short review is they work. Perhaps not the most elegant solution but effective and that’s what is necessary in this situation.Update Jan 1 2024In the 1-2 year period since the start of my incontinence issues, and following a selection process of several months, I settled on Abena Abriflex to control my incontinance problem. I first tried about six other brands before settling on the Abena Abri Flex. I’m not sorry that I did as there have been NO FAILURES…ZERO…during this period. All others have given me difficulties of one or another sort, and this is the sort of article of clothing that you really want none. I am estimating a use of 2-3 briefs daily indicating one thousand over this span of time with no failure. I have had to use substitutes a few times for brief periods and each time there were difficulties resulting in messes followed by rapid returns to Abena. Never again if possible. Abena is my “go to” for incontinence protection.

Great nighttime pads for elderly parent
Elderly mother was having issues with nighttime "issues" and was using well known pads that were leaking on her. I hunted around and found reviews on these saying they are super absorbent and comfortable enough to use at night. I purchased to try and they work perfect for her - no leaks and no having to change bed linen every night! So happy we found these for her!

Superior Product!
I ordered the S2 and M3’s at the same time to ensure proper fit(I wear a small in the Depend Fit Flex). The S2’s are made great but about 1 inch too tight for my hips. The M3’s fit wonderfully and the absorption far surpasses anything I have purchased in the past. I’ve tried all the brands at the store but now I am finally confident I can stay dry with my urge Incontinence.

everyday reliability over the years
Over the years, how I manage my incontinence has changed. I’ve tried many products, and I always come back to Abena.

Uncomfortable when Wet
Needed something that would absorb a lot of moisture, and these do. However, as they get wet, they become very fat, bulky, and heavy. Also, there is no protection from wetness for the skin. Some diapers have a coating, so the wetness is not felt. The wetness irritates skin.
