I’ve spent a lot of on Amazon over the past 10 years and bought many things and this had to be the WORST! Feels cheap, no instructions, even with ice cold water on it it is not ‘cool’ it’s just a basic fan that isn’t silent in the slightest even on the lowest setting which is useless anyway. Do not waste your money! I don’t get all these decent reviews.

I recommend this personal cooling fan, especially for ladies experiencing hot flushes, but also for anyone wanting to keep cool at their desk, at night-time etc.The fan is easily portable, simple to fill with water and to empty, if need be. There's also a tray to hold ice cubes, helping to boost effectiveness even further.The fan isn't noisy so won't disturb anyone nearby. I use it at night, on my bedside table, pointed toward my face, and my husband has also tried it out in his home office. As it is powered via USB, you could even keep it on your desk if you find your office is too warm.All in all, I think this was a great find and great value, too.

Water Leaks out of the unit (& damaged the table the unit was sitting on), the unit DOED NOT cool warm air - it is a very poor quality cheap fan pushing air around the room…I spend 90 mins communicating with Amazon to get this returned & my money refunded…I am extremely unhappy as I am a Prime Customer & tend to believe the positive reviews…something like this happening again will prevent me from using Amazon …

It works great when you first get it but after a few uses it doesn’t work properly unfortunately even when cleaned

Its a cooling fan. Misleading title. Will not cool any spaces. Simply fan out slightly cooler air.

This is a cheap PC/usb powered fan in a plastic cube, with a cheap speed controller and a small water tray underneath with a piece of paper dipped in the tray covering the front, I have no doubt the paper will go mouldy after couple of uses. Its worth paying £10 tops not £40 asking price.
