Highly recommend!!!
Even as a beginner, I had so much fun with this pan! The non-stick works really well kind of like the eggs are skating around on an ice rink - just a swipe of oil is all that is needed. Spatula is supplied and feels good quality, it's about 3/4 as wide as the pan itself so it was incredibly easy to flip the egg log through each stage of layering. Worked nicely on my induction hob, I used it as advised - using no hotter than medium heat - it conducts heat very well and the final egg layer cooked quickly. It did have a 'new pan smell' when I heated it (not offensive, just metallic), which was normal according to the instruction booklet, didn't affect the taste of eggs at all. The detachable handle was a convenient feature, it has a lock and unlock switch to secure it and this mechanism feels high quality. I can confirm the pan base washed up fine in the dishwasher. Definitely worth the price. With this pan, I made two servings of tamagoyaki using 4 eggs

Best Pan for Making Perfect Omelettes
This lightweight but durable pan with non-stick surface always makes perfect, neat-looking omelettes.Nothing to dislike. I also love the wide cooking utensil that goes with it because it does not scratch the pan's surface. Very easy to clean, and the pan bottom does not burn. I just wish it had its own rectangular see-thru lid so that I can see the food that's cooking.
