Casabella Smart Scrub Heavy Duty Grout Brush, Graphite

This is my second purchase. I purchase one a long time ago from the Container Store. I found it here and was so excited to get it replaced. Great scrubber....

I won't call this the cheapest kitchen brush you can buy, and I'd love to find it for less money else where. But I keep buying this brush because nothing else compares to it. The bristles are firm and angled in a unique way that gets into the crevices of pot corners and glassware. The bristles won't scratch, but they sure do clean. They even get off some hard water stains from our well water deposits on glassware without scratching....not a miracle but pretty impressive. The handle is also kind to the wrist. It settles into the palm and allows the arm to place needed force into the brush rather than just your wrist. I replace my brush only when it wears out, say every four months or so depending on usage, and this includes throwing it into the dishwasher pretty often to keep it sanitary. It think you'll be very pleased with this brush and you'll consider it an upgrade from others you've used before.

This has been the only brush I use in my kitchen for the last 10 years. When one wears out I order another one. They remove baked on food extremely well.

I get lazy and leave dishes for a day or two sometimes in the sink. It's not a great idea and because of this some of the caked on food becomes very hard and sticks to the plates and bowls. If I don't feel like soaking the dishes for very long before washing this brush comes in real handy to scrub off hardened food particles on dishware before / during the actual wash. Works great, bristles stay intact and scrub really well, and food doesn't stick them. It's an excellent scrub brush.

I used this for cleaning out hard to reach corners in my tile shower. Using the brush was comfortable, and it got the job done nicely. The bristles were slightly warped after the first use, but not significantly - it looks like it should still hold up and be useful for a few years.

This brush is heavy-duty with very stiff bristles. I use it to scrub grills & sink drains (a few twists & the stainless steel comes out shiny again). Great for scrubbing down stainless steel sinks. Afterwards I just pop it in the dishwasher to clean. Going on 3 years and not a single bristle came loose. Great brush.

This dish brush is for serious scrubbing, like pot scrubbing after Thanksgiving with ALL your relatives, or if you need to sweep mud off your 4 x 4's tires. This is the Hulk of kitchen brushes. I don't care for the wimpy 'sponge on the end of a stick' scrubbers. No wimpiness here.

This brush is probably too crazy sturdy for most inside-the-household scrubbing jobs but it would be perfect for someone cleaning up their siding after the winter, scrubbing brake dust and mud off of rims or scrubbing stains off of concrete. You can't really clean a tub or dishes with it, it's just too stiff. That said, I think it would hold up under pretty rough use for a long time.

Ironically this was purchased along with some other dish scrubbers just as a "what the hell?" kind of thing. It's not the sort of scrubber that we would normally choose, but it turns out to be incredibly useful not only for pots and sinks, but also to get dried on food off of dishes before loading them into the dish washer, among other scrubbing jobs that are suddenly a hell of a lot easier.

Another great brush by Casabella. I use this one to poke things into the garburator. The round short brush is still my favourite for cleaning things.

Eh, got grimy pretty fast and couldn't wash off. Bristles not as stiff as I needed it to be for "heavy duty sink and pot". Good bristle angles and grippy, though.
