The battery life isn’t good, cut off after 45 min on a full charge

What can I do my fan has a little rattle in it

Love the fan part but the neck air conditioner part gets too warm so you can’t feel the coldness! That really defeats the whole purpose of cooling your neck down! I bought 6 and have to return them all!

The battery lasts very little

Bought as a gift for someone who lives in a hot, humid climate and works outdoors a lot. It actually works pretty well, although it's not an ice pack. Makes his work much more enjoyable and he uses it a lot.Seems to be a good product, performs as stated, and is worth the effort.

Received used items with visible make up stains. Charging cord in the box was also wrong cord for the device. Returned immediately and requested a refund.
