Expensive but a great product that mimics the Warhammer 40k marine in a larger size.

A brilliant figure for a diarrma

Not worth the money in my eyes took forever to get here and the build quality on the hands are poor you cant put the items in very easily. Should have been around the £30 mark.

The Venerable Captain Adrax Agatone has an action figure!! I'm a Salamander 'stan here. I've recently become infatuated with them and am in the process of devouring the lore.Adrax Agatone is the Captain of the 3rd company of the Salamanders. I initially thought the name 'Salamanders' were stupid, because I'm an American and I was thinking of small lizards. In the 40k universe, the Salamanders hail from the world of Nocturne and Salamanders on that planet are akin to dragons.About the figure, I wish it were a little taller than the other figures. In the lore, Adrax is a mountain of a man, like all Astartes, but he should loom even larger. I love the fire pyre on the back. The hand held flame thrower has a tube that connects to the back of the figure. The Hammer is finely crafted. Has a cool worn feature to it. The power armor is wonderfully adorned with gold on the gauntlets and shin covers.On some of the joytoys, it is easy to take off hands and pieces. This particular model gave me a fit trying to take off the hands and move some things around.I don't see this being an action figure for kids to play with, but rather a model to display. A little high in price point coming in at a little over 60 bucks, but if you're a fan this is the Salamander model to get. Hammer, cape and handheld flame thrower make it worth it.

The joints are a little stiffer than I would like, but the level of detail on this figurine is impressive for its size. I wish the manufacturer offered a non-primaris version. Hopefully that will come out of their Horus Heresy line in due time.

Today I received my new addition the the team, Chapter Master Marneus Calgar.The product finally arrived, it was ordered on Jan 16th, no shipping updates until today that I was receiving it. Then it was put into a parcel pick-up box. It's odd that it took almost a month to come from Vegas. I've ordered from HiPlay before with no issues but this one was frustrating.The figure itself is nicely detailed, with the now expected shading and such from JoyToy. The spent casing being ejected is a nice touch of detail. I will say, that this is one figure that could benefit from having the clear round base to add support. It's very back heavy and wants to fall over. Luckily I have some spares from other figures. But this does not include one.Again the overall details are another home run. I love the twin eagle heads on his jump pack, the skulls on the knuckles of his power fists, to the Ultra logo and twin eagles on his shoulder guards.Other than the lack of communication from the shipper and the receiving dates changing, it's a good purchase, I would recommend if you're building an Ultra collection.
