This is a wonderful blanket poncho option for my teen son. It is long enough to be very warm while still allowing him to wander around the house without it making him a bull in a china shop. It hangs really well and functions amazingly well. The fabric is thinner than many yet still very warm and quite substantial. The first time you wear it, it is a little bit of a challenge to figure out where the arm holes are, etc., because it is very wide, particularly for someone who wears a size small. But once you do, you are not going to want to take it off. The khaki is a bit more of a light brown, but it looks really good and flatters my son's complexion. It vaguely resembles something Clint Eastwood may have worn back in his early acting performances. This observation goes over my son's head, of course, because he does not know who Clint Eastwood is, but he does think it is a really amazing blanket hoodie that looks good on him. One thing that I've noticed is that some of the seams are beginning to tear a bit, so I am not sure how durable it will be when put to the teenager test. This potential issue is the only problem I have found with this hoodie. It would not be that big of a deal if it did not have such a premium price. The fragility of the seams that hint towards a durability issue is the only reason why this hoodie is getting a 4 out of me rather than a 5. It may be more luxury priced than manufactured with super luxury materials, but I'm still very satisfied with it.

Got this for my daughter (16) and she practically lives in this thing while hanging out at home. It's cozy, soft and has just the right amount of stretch. Could be used as a changing poncho if needed but for the most part this thing lives at home. No signs of losing any softness after washing. Major win, get one and see for yourself.

THIS IS ONE OF THE SOFTEST, WARMEST "BLANKETS" I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. SO MUCH ROOM IN IT AND SUPER COZY. THE ONLY REASON I TOOK A START OFF IS BECAUSE IT IS ALSO SUPER HEAVEY FOR A "PULLOVER" TO WEAR. OTHERWISE, THIS IS THE PERFECT THING TO HAVE ON A COLD WINTER DAY ON THE COUCH OR TO HAVE HANDY FOR A COOL FALL, WARM WINTER NIGHT CAMPSIDE.

I got this wearable blanket for my son so he can stay warm while watching cartoons in the morning. The blanket is made of a soft, stretchable, polyester fabric that resembles more the material of a towel than that of a regular blanket. It is very warm and comfortable, but extra heavy. My son told me that it is very relaxing and it makes him sleepy. I think it’s a bit overpriced but It’s a good present for the holidays.

This poncho arrived packaged in vacuum sealed packaging (to condense the size for easier shipping in a smaller box). Upon opening, it quickly fluffed up to its regular ‘one size’. It did however have an awful chemical bug-spray-like smell that had me worried – I read the laundering instructions and immediately washed it on a delicate cycle, detergent only, no fabric softener added and laid it out to air dry. Thankfully that completely eliminated the chemical odor, no lingering traces of it; I couldn’t have kept the poncho if that smell remained after washing!The fabric is soft and cozy, the head opening looks like it’s small, but it stretches and isn’t bothersome around the neck. It has a hood and pretty deep pockets, and it stretches so that you can cover your legs (standing length is just below the knees on me, at 5’6”) or you can sit curled up and completely drape the poncho over your legs/feet. The fabric is thick with good warmth, but it’s also breathable where you aren’t left sweating profusely underneath it – I’m glad of that. The brown shade is almost a taupe, with beige trim, so it’s a nice neutral color; the item pics are actually good represenation of the color. It doesn’t shed onto clothes while wearing it in my experience and there’s been no pilling thus far. I’m enjoying it in this cold weather and would definitely recommend it!

It’s embarrassing how frequently I wear this at home. It’s so incredibly soft and it’s unbelievably stretchy. I love it! The hoodie pocket is an added bonus.

I get cold easily even in this southern California weather we get in the winter. If it's been raining for days I wear leggings, slippers and a sweater. However, lately I'm still cold and I saw this wearable blanket and grabbed it. It is amazing. Warm and cozy. I wear it over a sweater and some nights I'm using it as a bed jacket to keep me warm while I'm sitting up and reading in bed. The color is an olive green and it actually matches many of my clothes. I love the color green! If you get cold and a sweater won't do it for you then buy this wearable blanket!

This item is marvelous. It is so warm and cozy you might save money on heating bills when doing some sedentary activity like watching TV. It wears like a poncho and even has a pouch for your hands if you need it. It is just right for me, size-wise, but it would be large on a small person: the pouch might be low for them to use. But even then they would be warm.
