Most Underrated Beast
These headphones are, in my opinion, highly underrated. Having used them for a month, here's my review:Pros:1. Exceptionally clear audio with medium bass, and I'm a big fan of JBL's sound signature. Don't expect it to be super loud, but this is exactly what is required.2. Impressive battery life, offering 27 hours with ANC enabled and 60% volume and mixed use of music & calling.3. Charges quickly, in around 1 hour especially when using my Realme charger.4. Outstanding ANC that effectively eliminates sharp noises. You will only hear heavy sounds. Sharp sounds like noise of your fan will be absolutely knocked out.5. The microphone quality is superb, a million times superior to the Bose QC45.6. Seamless app connectivity - simply pair via Bluetooth, and the app automatically recognizes the headphones for additional functionality. This is in contrast to the Bose QC45, where you need to pair the headphones separately with the app.7. A special feature for those with hearing issues, calibrating and adjusting the volume for each ear individually to ensure balanced loudness.8. Extremely comfortable ear cups. They have used memory foam on it. And your ears will not touch the inside base. I used it for 10 continuous hours for no pain in my ears.Cons:1. Lack of a battery full charge indicator.2. Talk-through mode can be overly sensitive, activating even with minor noises like coughing.3. Absence of a 3.5mm jack.4. Slightly on the heavy side. It will take 1-2 weeks for you to get used to it's weight. Conclusion:In summary, I'm thoroughly impressed with these headphones, and as of now, I believe they offer the best value for headphones under 25,000.Please upvote if you find it helpful.

Someone who used both XM5 and Tour One M2
Let me help you with your buying decision:JBL vs Sony XM5Audio Quality: Its up to your preference. They both have a different sound signature. I found JBL offering more clarity in terms of music experience and if you switch to Sony right after JBL you'll feel there's some compression or processing being done. As an example - if these both were a glass window, you'll feel that there's a 90% transparent film on XM5 vs no film on JBL.Standalone you'll like both they are really good also you can adjust audio to your liking in both. One thing in favor of JBL is that it has a personalized sound setting - it can't be a deciding factor but it boosts frequencies basis your preference and it does make a 10-15% difference in music experience.Noise Canceling: Both are at par, XM5 may be slightly better but not by a huge margin. You'll still hear some noises inside both headphones. Maybe you'll hear more Hmmm noises on JBL and more Grrr noises on XM5. That being said there's not really a huge difference when you look at the price.Noise Canceling on Calls: Here JBL is better, I recorded a call where I switched between both these headphones side by side on the same call. There was a hissing noise from Sony's mic however JBL was super silent and surprisingly captured better depth.App experience: Sony has really good app but there's a learning curve to it. JBL on the other hand has a simplest app, just click on the few things and you are sorted. To put it in context - JBL app is like apple iPhone simple UI, let's you do your stuff and you wont be lost, Sony's app is like Android - you have lots and lots of options and you'll probably use 5-10 settings max but you can get lost. Why is JBL not Popular then?It doesn't mean it is not good, there's some catching up to do by the marketing team. Why are there so many negative comments?I have no idea, because of those comments I wend to check the device at store and bought it later.Shall I buy it then?of course, try to look for discount better offers negotiate with the sales person. Usually XM5 are available around INR 22K best price and these you should aim for 19K as best price on sale.

Not recommended at all
The plastic used is very cheap and constantly makes noise to the point where it irritates at times. Would recommend going for the Sony XM4 over this. Fit and sound quality are goo,d but Noise cancellation is poor.

Good and decent for the price
The media could not be loaded. Pros:-looks very premium-Packaging box presentation and case is good- overall Sound i found somewhat better than xm5-What else you need at 19000 with bluetooth 5.3 stable connection.-App has many features-Silent mode is good. Cuts off Bluetooth and keeps ANC ON-Gestures work fine.- easily foldable.-airplane adapter provided- battery is good-has mute unmute option for office callsCons:-ANC is decent but cannot compete xm5-Lacks bass punch- delivery delayed by 3 days.- made in china jan 2023- not comfortable for wearing long time.- padding feels delicate. Not sure if the special offer of additional 1 year warranty is applicable. On jbl.in is mentioned clearly.

Too good call quality.
Before buying this headset I went to croma , reliance digital and some other stores I tested multiple headsets in that some popular brands also there but nothing will beat jbl call quality at 15k budget. At this price compared to other brands noise cancellation is not so great in jbl but, it's decent. My main purpose is for office calls. I am using this from last 3 days i have zero complaints on calls. Music also good but don't expect like other brand. Multipoint connection also good and blutooth version 5.3 is good at this budget.
