so far working well as led flashlight replacement batteries
I keep several LED flashlights. Some batteries had become unreliable. So far these are good.

9900mah batteries?
After testing and comparing these to a set of 4x 3400mah batteries, in my own opinion; this is false advertising. After charging both batteries I stress tested them in the same brand of flashlight. These lasted approximately less than half as long as the 3400mah batteries did. ~2 hours on bright vs 4+ with the other brand. Less than 3 hours on low vs 7+ hours with the other brand. The misspellings on the cells themselves is hilarious; 'Sheef-life' & 'Encironmental friendly' crack me up. These batteries should be labeled for what they are, a 1300mah battery, use at your own risk. I would ratethese lower but myreviews get removed if I do.

11-12% of rated capacity !
I bought this set of 2 batteries, advertised as 9.9Arh each (that's ~81 cents/Ahr). When I received them, I measured their voltages: #1 was 3.50volts, and #2 was 3.976volts. I proceeded to charge them (using my standard Li battery charger), and after ~6 hours, #1 got to 4.122volts, and after ~2 hours, #2 got to 4.2 volts. I then proceeded to use an instrument to discharge them (one at a time), using a load which would make the batteries discharge over a period of 24 hours. The instrument stops at 3.4volts, and measures the area under the curve. The results: #1 had 1.04 Ahr capacity (that's 11% of what was advertised), and #2 had 1.14 Ahr capacity (that's 12% of what was advertised - see curve). This is not the first time I've bought these "high capacity" batteries and find that they really are way less than 20% of what they are advertised as. Most batteries of this type are offered in the 2.5 to 3.5 Ahr range, and go for $1 to $1.50 / Ahr.For these 2 batteries, using the cost and the real capacity, they cost ~ $8 / Ahr !!! ... buy the smaller capacity ones from a reputable source -- don't buy these !!!
