I have an office job and I spend lots of hours in front of the computer. So, my physical therapist recommended that I buy one of these for my back pain. This Corrector works perfectly for helping me have better posture. This posture corrector does not allow me to slouch and has saved me so much neck and back pain. It's very easy to get into and adjust to my own fit and comfort. I can see a difference in the way that I hold myself even when I am not wearing it now.The price is right, and it does as it advertises to do. I carrying myself with authority and confidence is really important. I've never had superb posture, but after I had my daughter I noticed that I hunched a lot more than before. I ordered this on a whim to see if it might help, and it really does! Even my chiropractor is commenting on how much better my posture is. And, it's quite comfortable to wear. I do suggest wearing it over some kind of under shirt with at least short sleeves the first few times you wear it, as it can feel a bit uncomfortable at the end of a 16 hour shift if you're not used to it.This posture corrector helps me to keep my shoulders back again.

I know it’s not supposed to be comfortable. But I wore it once it was just unbearable I probably waited too long to try to correct this problem might’ve been easier if I were younger

This apparently comes in different sizes but there is no place to choose the correct size when ordering. When I purchased it I thought it was one size fit all - with velcro adjustment. I am a small woman and the Lg / XL that was sent to me did not fit. I was able to return without paying shipping. I will be ordering a different brand.

I suppose if you wore this and kept your arms down to your sides it would be ok. Horrible for trying to do normal activities, such as computer work. Drawing the arms forward at all makes it very uncomfortable, which was enough to make me not want to wear it. That in itself wouldn't make me return it because some degree of discomfort should be expected. However, the area above my armpit chafed really badly after wearing it for only about 10 minutes. Putting it on looser would be a solution except then it kind of defeats the purpose of it.

I purchased this set (and 2 other sets). I was NOT compensated in any way for this review (unlike many of the 5 star reviews for this product).This set was the HIGHEST quality material out of the 3 brands I purchased. (I wasn't sure which was best, so I bought 3 sets.) The material was very thick and durable, and it reminded me of a high quality backpack. We bought these for international travel, since the largest luggage was shared between 1 adult and 2 kids. It made traveling much easier! Our luggage was overweight, and it was easy to take out the heaviest travel cube and put it in our other luggage. We avoided a hefty $60 fee and the trouble of having to repack everything at the airport.I have 2 concerns for this product:- It lists 3.75" and 4" deep on the product listing, but when I measured my bag it was only 3" deep. You can technically "stuff" it more, but when measuring the actual seam it's only 3". I emailed the company about this and they responded "The dimension difference might be caused different measuring method, so hopefully you can understand us."- The 3rd largest size was the most useful size for us. This is a nested set, no cubes are the same size. For our family, it might have been better to have 2 of the 3rd largest size vs. so many of the small bags. In this case, it might be best to get 2 sets and switch around the bags depending on your needs. The two little bags are small, it's a good size to pack shoes.I would recommend this set if you travel a lot, since the bags are very durable. There's free returns, so you can return it if you don't like it. There's cheaper sets available, but I'm not sure those would last as long.

I always have back problems because I work in front of the computer 10 hours every day. I wore it for only a few hours and after taking it off, my back and shoulders were already forcing me to straighten my posture without me thinking about it. I can imagine if I wear every day, and I will :)It's small - you can easily wear it under your shirt or blouse, in the office, exercising or just laying down in bed and enjoying a movie. It's easy adjustable and pretty comfortable.Recommend!

It works ok, but I find it digs under my armpits if I don't wear it over a shirt with sleeves.

After all the positive reviews I was excited to get this. When I did it felt flimsy and cheap but I gave it a shot. This is a one size fits all and It does not fit. The smallest I could adjust it to does not pull my shoulders back at all. What a waste.
