Did what I hoped they would do

Product is falling apart after less than a month of use. Please see attached picture.I reported the issue to the seller Transtek and asked for replacement. They responded with a standard message: "Thank you for your support. We understand the issue with your product and recommend storing it in a space with a humidity of 60% -70% RH while keeping it clean. This can better protect EARPADS. We have high-quality after-sales service, and you can return the product. We will give you a refund. If the return period is exceeded, we can provide you with relevant assistance to solve this problem.I asked again: "What do I need to do to get it replaced? Would you please provide details? Thank you."Transtek responded: "Thank you for your reply. This is an order sent by Amazon, we cannot carry out relevant operations, you can return it and then purchase a new replacement."All orders for this product are sent by Amazon and the problem is not with Amazon. It is with the quality of the product and Amazon customer service politely explained and asked me to work with Transtek. As you can see from the above message, Transtek does not take ownership of the issue and does not want to correct the situation.Instead of paying $3-4 for other replacement ear cushions, I paid $12.99. Do not waste your money like I did. The seller does not care about the customer and does not stand behind its product. Thank you.
