been using this for 32 years, was recommended by a tutor when i was studying for my NNEB, she explained that unlike other creams on the market this one did not block the one wayness of disposable nappies, so on qualifying it was the one i chose for all my charges, not only did it clear really bad nappy rash withing a day or two at most it was great for my hands too, then when i began having bladder issues and had to use adult diapers i used it on myself, as a 24/7 wheelie now i can easily say using this has prevented me getting any pressure sores or nappy rash in the past 10+ years. why swap from what works? it is definitely the best on the market in my opinion.

Absolutely the best nappy cream for particularly newborn/0-3 nappy rash. Not as harsh/too thick as sudocrem cream, perfect for new, delicate skin. Recommend for birth & beyond.

🟢 I really like this cream. It's light, the texture is smooth, smells good, not at all over powering. Keeps baby bum dry and the boss happy.🔴 Awful tub. The lid flies off and the cream got EVERYWHERE. I've transferred it to another little bottle with a tight lid for use.The negative does not outweigh the positives. I would definitely buy it again.

I have had red sore patches under my bust. Tried a lot of creams but nothing really worked until I used this. It's magic I am recommending it to all my friends. It works for quite a lot of skin complaints. Try it you'll be surprised

The best cream for protection and nappy rash. I used this on my children when they were babies and now they use it on theirs. My 18 month old grandchild has never had any nappy rash!
