Joie Multiply Highchair - Petite City

I love that it is great from a tiny baby to a toddler! I love the removable food tray on the highchair table top tray (perfect for trapping a coverall bib in the early days!). It is big but we’ve loved it, I’ve machine washed the covers and straps on a low heat and they’ve come up like new! I’ve recommended this to everyone expecting 🥰This picture is after me using it for almost 2 years!Down side is the seat is quite deep so my little man’s legs didn’t bend in the right place to sit on the foot rest until toddler, but never seemed to phase him.

Quite a large high chair and with quite a tight fitting counter (fits very close to the child) . Handy to be able to fit it on after the child is in the chair though! And the large counter has lots of advantages. The harness has quite an unusual clasp I find difficult (with arthritis).But it’s a high chair/booster seat/low chair and table , which makes it very versatile

We had to return this because the bar in the crotch area was too tight and couldn't be adjusted. My 21 month old was too big for it. It's not as compact as you'd think and it's hard to assemble.

This looks really good and arrived on time. I shall add further once we have used it.

This is a great highchair, very versatile and my 6 month old loves it. The best part is the Hight being adjustable so you can use it at the dining table. It has a very good size table that can be removed easily and attached to the back of the chair when not in use, it does fold down but it is not that small when folded. the highchair is fairly easy to assemble. We have not used the booster seat yet, but I'm sure it is as good as the rest if the highchair.

Positives:• adjustable height so it sits at your dining room table height• removable tray and table• sturdy and takes being pushed about the kitchen 😅Negatives:• very difficult to clean - it has so many nooks and crannies that we have only managed to get clean by using a power hose. What are we meant to do in winter?!• straps are really difficult to take out to get them washed• tray far too big for our dishwasher - I doubt it would fit in any household dishwasher.• the seat cover bizarrely is not supposed to go in the washing machine.Overall, I’m not sure that the person who designed this chair has even been in the same room as a small child, never mind responsible for feeding one. The main requirement for a high chair is that it’s easy to clean, and this is anything but. Avoid.

I was initially attracted to this highchair because of its multi-use. There is no way, it will be see my little boy into toddlerhood. He's been eating solids for about 2 months now and the chair already smells of gone off food. It's extremely difficult to clean and the removable insert does nothing to protect the seat cover. Also, the straps cannot be removed for cleaning without taking the whole chair apart. We've taken to soaking the straps overnight to removed the food but then they take a day to dry out and my lad ends up eating on our laps, which isn't great for teaching him to eat properly. The tray might well be dishwasher safe, but I'd imagine far too big for most dishwashers. Nice idea, but clearly not designed by someone who has children. We have got so fed up with it that we have bought a basic wooden chair chair. Do yourself a favour, don't be conned by these multi-use baby products, get something that does one job properly. Hope this helps all busy parents.
