The media could not be loaded. This product is a very nice & modern looking, steel, rust-proof, black painted extra large mailbox. The product is a large capacity mail post box that has a locking feature with 2 spare keys provided, a slot for the mail carrier to drop letters & mail through, air ventilation holes & a flat surface space at the top. The mailbox will need to be mounted which is simple & quick to do, & stabile if done correctly, it has an elegant sleek modern look & design too plus it’s large so it will hold a lot of mail, letters, envelopes, magazine, flyers, papers & even smaller sized packages. The listed price for this mailbox is a good set price, has the mail box performs well, is stabile, has a locking mechanism feature, large capacity, & looks great!

Lock did not work properly. I returned It.

For some reason starting about a year ago, our mail carrier stopped closing our mailbox door after delivering mail, so if it's raining, all of our mail gets wet.I tried leaving nice notes and put a gift card in the mailbox for them over the holidays, but no result.We're on acreage and the house is a good distance from the street with no line of sight to the front, so I don't know if the mail has been or not to stay on top of picking it up since they tend to deliver anywhere from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.When I saw this box, I figured it could be the solution to my problem since the top flap will basically close itself after they drop in the mail.I installed it only for mail below my old mailbox which I left, since the existing box is a larger one so they can still leave packages in there.So far, so good as they have dropped the mail for 4 days now and one day we had rain and the mail was inside and dry.The only caveat is that the box I received is a combo lock and not a key.It's simple to dial the code, but it's not changeable as far as I know, but that's fine.It doesn't release too easily after dialing in the combo and you have to give the door a tug and then it opens.It's not high security, but neither is any mailbox, but it would deter someone from quickly stopping and grabbing your mail.The box itself looks nice, fairly solid feeling and was easy to install... good value overall.

A good quality contemporary mailbox/ small packet receptacle.Made from a heavy gauge steel and nicely finished.The design might not be secure from small handed thieves however as the entry slot might be a tad too large.Comes with a good lock and keys.Better than the offerings of the home center
