Works decently
This works decently. Takes some time to figure out how to use is properly.

Good for a few days, make sure you clean it!
It works, you will get about 13 veneer bricks pointed 1/2” deep per refill. Need the grout a bit soupy, but not too thin. If you mix a 4:1 ratio plus a splash more. Doesn’t like chunks, mix it good with a Hyde whip stick.

Worked great, until it broke:(
I would buy this again for the price. I was able to complete one 60’ job before the barring went out. All the concrete puts stress on the auger and it couldn’t take it. It did make the job way easier and the price was good.

It actually works.
A very useful tool for tuckpointing. Really cuts down the time and effort needed. There is a learning curve. It is heavy when full and you do need to coordinate drill speed and movement speed. It is faster and easier to find a nice horizontal spot for a test run to get the hang of it. Try a spot slightly above waist high, clean it out and try again. When you are comfortable with the motions and are achieving consistent results you are ready to begin the actual job. Large jobs are much easier with two or more people, another person mixing mortar and filling the hopper is a huge help. Fill horizontal lines first and then connect the verticals. Junk
Doesn’t work at all

Did not work for me.
Nothing wrong with the shipper or the shipment, but the pump just seemed to move the mortar in the hopper, it was not coming out the front. You may need a very running consistency for it to work. When I cleaned it, I noticed it made it to the nozzle, but there was insufficient force to push it out, instead the mortar just moved in the hopper.

a little awkward, but work managing it.

Works ok takes a little practice
Used on a couple jobs and it did save time and wasnt super hard to clean up. Overall if you have a very large job this could potentially save you hours on labor. Using a drill for speed adjustment is handy and the size doesnt make it overly heavy when used for a while.
