I think this is a good product, however the amount of evening primrose triggers my migraines to the point of vomiting and diarrhea and a full day in a dark room to recover with each episode. Took me 3 migraines to tie the trigger back to adding this to my supplement regimen. I haven't taken EPO previously so not sure if a lighter dose would do the same thing but going to assume this isn't a good ingredient for me.

This product has really helped me. I was having 2 periods a month that won't stop without taking supplements. Red raspberry leaf used to work immediately, but no longer does. I started taking this and my big round belly has flattened, my periods are normal. The DIM in this product works better than the isolated formula I bought. I get more orange urine with this one which tells me it's working. I'm full of estrogen. Maybe the calcium glucarate is giving it the push it needs! I like that I didn't have to buy all these supplements separately! I am going to purchase another and try their other formulas. Without it I would have spent at least 100$ getting primrose oil and dim etc separately. Give it a try!

I like the ingredients and I have purchased this brand of supplements in the past. However, something in this product made the pain worse in my legs worse at the night. It kept me from sweating but I still was hot. It doesn't have any odors that I noted when I took it for 3 weeks. The price of this product is fair and it has good ingredients. I'm 46 and I am simply trying to navigate my way through with some helpful supplements. I was very hopeful and wanted to like this. Unfortunately this isn't the one for me.

These are amazing and have helped me in several ways. No more hot flashes. Coffee would trigger them so I stopped drinking coffee. Now with these supplements I can drink coffee and still no hot flashes. No night sweats, my irritability is no more. I have now subscribed. My hormones seem balanced. Doctors don’t like it when you find something that works because they couldn’t offer you any real solutions. Oh and my sex drive has been turned back on. Your Welcome :)

I truly prefer this supplement company, but this combination increased some of my bothersome perimenopause symptoms. I wanted relief from some of my symptoms. I took this supplement, and within two days, I experienced increased hot flashes, especially at night, and increased headaches. Just FYI - this may be stronger than expected.

I have been taking tinctures for some time. I thought I would try these to have all in one. Do your homework. I would only start with one capsule instead of the recommended two. See how your body reacts. Everyone's body is different. I took 2 and had very bad headaches. I dropped it down to 1 after 2 days trying to figure it out. My headaches were still there and I began to have bad leg aches. I stopped taking it just after 3 days. I am on my 2nd day of not taking it and may headaches are gone. But my legs are finally feeling back to normal. I cannot explain the pain in my legs.Needless to say, i will not be taking these anymore. I will go back to I'm using my Black Kohash and Vitax tinctures.

Seem to help with my symptoms. Have been taking for over 2 months now and no side effects. I advise checking with your physician before taking with other medications.
