SecurOMax USB Type C to A Cable, 3.3 Feet, 3 Pack

These are for my Samsung 8, but it states they fit any Samsung's from 7 & up, plus some of the other versions.They're the ideal length for me to use at my computer for charging and data transfer. I originally just purchased 3 charging cords, not realizing they were 6 ft - which have certainly come in useful for my night stand and l/r side table, but not the extra length in the car or at the computer. Very convenient and handy length for those uses or any use where you don't want to strangle your cat or dog or trip over the extra cord! ;-)These are faster charging and data transfer than my others,

If you own a current generation smart phone you could be faced with a 'c' type connector on the phone for charging and downloading. Just for the ease of charging a second USB cable is nice to have. The on the came with the phone can be left home plugged into the charging unit, and one in the car or at work. The construction of the cable looks like it will last for quite a while.

Really thick, durable cables. They have a nice rubber coating and are semi stiff keeping them untangled. They might not be the best for travel because of the stiffness, but can't be beat for the car or home. The picture compares this cable thickness (top) to a standard cable (bottom).

The cables are very good quality. They are also just the right length. I bought these to charge my Nexus 6p from my external battery pack while traveling. Using the Android app Ampere showed my charge rate was about 2 amps. I was never able to get the 3 amps but 2 amps is still a great charge rate. So if your on the go or just need some extra charging cables you won't go wrong with these.

My new phone came with a new shape charging port so I needed new cables to connect to my computer. I have to do it every day because it's and android and I use iTunes for my podcast subscriptions. Because it's not an iPhone, you can't download directly to the phone. I have to plug in and drag-and-drop the .mp3 files into the phone. They are the nicest cables I've purchased.

Having to replace charging and file transfer cables due to getting a new phone with the USB-c cable plug. Every cable I have seen so far is nearly twice the diameter of the old micro-USB charging cables. The new system does seem to have advantages in much faster charging and transfer speed, so I guess we'll just need to adapt.

well made quality cables. I use one of them for an external two 2.5" drive raid enclosure and I gave one of them to my son for use with his new cell phone. They arrived quickly and are reasonably priced, If you are in need of this type of cable you should consider these when making a purchase decision.

MORE MONEY WASTED LEARNING THE HARD WAY.......... FOR CHARGING AND DATA TRANSFER ORDER THE "MICRO" END WITH REGULAR USB AT THE OTHER ......... BUT MAKE DAMNED SURE IT SAYS "DATA" OR YOU JUST GET A CHARGING CORD. LEARN FROM MY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE HERE.........
