Dynabrace is an orthotic elbow support brace designed to reduce the pain of repetitive strain injuries picked up from Tennis, Golf, Cycling, Volleyball, Squash and other activities that put a strain on the ligaments in the forearm. USE: Place the compression pads directly on the area where the strain is felt. This is usually about 3-9cm below the elbow on the front side of the forearm. Tighten the velcro straps enough so that you feel it putting pressure on the muscle but not so much that it reduces blood flow. You should be able to just slide a finger under the strap. Great product
I am suffering with severe tennis elbow in both elbows, these braces are great for getting me through an evening of work as a waitressing. Doesn’t stop pain completely but helps more than if I didn’t wear them. Very comfortable to wear, only negative is they are a bit bulky to do with being a little bit thinner for people like me with skinny little arms.
