I liked this product a lot. It was recommended to me by a friend and am planning to repurchase. I have confidence in the product.

Great stuff for after Antibiotics
There was some concern that these probiotics did not come with a cool pack. I thought all probiotics had to be kept cool. so I went to the manufacturers website and pasted the following statement.I am now confident it taking these. but you do need to keep them in the fridge when you get them, and if you are taking antibiotics now, wait for three hours before taking the probiotic so that the anitbiotic does not kill the it. Also, after your antibiotics are over you may want to continue taking these for 3-6 months. In addition you may want to order Liv-gen, to cleanse your liver since antibiotics hit your liver very hard. Liv-gen 10 drops in mouth morning and 10 in eve 20 mins away from food. Take until bottle is empty."Probiotic supplements, such as HMF Forte, last for up to six months without refrigeration and are travel-safe. However, if you want to keep them fresh for longer periods of time, keeping them in the refrigerator or freezer is advised. This bottle offers a 30-day supply of HMF Forte at the recommended dosage."-

Great for digestive issues, although pricey
These work great for digestive issues such as Candida, however I do think the price feels high for a probiotic. This specific probiotic was recommended to me by a naturopathic doctor to aid with my stomach issues, and every time I have flare up I purchase a bottle and it seems to be gone within a week or two, so I imagine the price is an indicator of the quality. They are shipped in cool-packaging that keeps them cool for several hours to keep the cultures alive.

I’m not sure about this stuff
I’m 2 weeks in and have felt really bloated/constipated/uncomfortable since starting. I feel like a balloon about to pop and I’ve gained a few pounds. I’m going to give it another week just to make sure but so far, ugggg. 😩. My go to has been Culturelle, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t selling myself short. The grass may not always be greener on the other side.

Had to return
The first time I ordered this probiotic, some of the reviewers said the pills did not come cold and had to be returned. I chanced it and ordered anyway and was happy that it came with a cold pack and was indeed cold. My second order came and was most definitively not cold. It had a cold pack with it, but it was warm and so was the bottle. I returned it and won't order again, I won't chance it as it appears to be a gamble whether or not it will arrive cold, so the company is apparently not reliable.
