After having the bobblehead for a few weeks, I think we started seeing that it resembles much better. I think there was some initial surprise when we looked at it since we know our son so well, we felt it not resembling. However I still think the name on the base should have been done differently than just writing with a pen. On the whole, we liked it after getting used to it. The seller is very approachable, and in fact offered a refund in case if we are not happy. Thank you for that, but we are keeping it. Thank you for taking care of the customers=====================Initial Feedback:Be aware that the seller does not send any sample. for review with your uploaded photo. The figure did not resemble the photo at all. And, the customization says you can get the name written, but it seems like the name was written with a pen by someone. On the whole I am very disappointed. And, this is non refundable purchase. The only good thing is, it is delivered in reasonable time.
