I was highly impressed with these running shoes given there very low price. The Souls are springy and provide great dampening, the shoe part is made from thin material that feels great on your feet. The one possible negative point I could raise is the heals are quite tall but you get used to it soon, this may just be apparent to me as I wear skate shoes which are flat. Overall a great product and would definitely recommend!

Bought these for my husband. The tongue is attached to the trainer, so doesn't move about. Plenty of support for your feet too. However 2 months on and sole has come away from both shoes. Not happy.

You get what you pay for! These trainers are terrible! On first use the top loop came clean off the shoe and the insoles were totally loose. They also have a weird top without tongue which makes it really hard to get on. If you're looking for a bargain this isn't one
