Nice quantity of beads in the mask and very relaxing for the eyes

This item is fine. I bought it because I already have an Optase Moist Heat Mask for my blepharitis and if I want to clean it then I need to leave it dry for 24 hours or so, so thought I would get this as a standby for those cases. They state that this is not medical equipment but the treatment for blepharitis is very basic in that you should do warm eye compresses. This item does that and was much cheaper than getting a second Optase mask. This item does have a bit of a smell when heated but, whereas I don't think it is too bad, the Optase doesn't have that. I don't think it is too fiddly to take the bead bag out and return it after it has been heated but some people do appear to think this is a problem for them. I think it's just a matter of preference if you want something like this, where you can wash the outer bag or something like the Optase where there is no outer bag and you just have to wash the mask with a damp cloth.

Easy to use

The mask works as well as applying a hot wet towel over your eyes. But the zip pocket is small - so pushing a very hot pack of beads through this narrow gap is fiddly, especially as the beads are cooling as you do it. The only metal bit seems to be the zip, so if the pocket wasn't zipped the whole thing could go into the microwave, which might be better.

This is a good investment

I've used this a few times now and it's excellent. I find it needs a few seconds longer in the microwave than the instructions stare, but that's down to personal preference for heat and your microwave.The seeds are in a sealed bag that you heat in the microwave, then you put the bag in a zipped pouch with adjustable strap, which you strap around your head.You can wash the outer pouch when needed.There's also a little storage bag which squashes everything down so it takes up very little space in a drawer.Overall, this is much better than I was expecting!

Most impressed by this item. Bought as a replacement for a previous purchase which finally went bust having cost considerably more.This is easy to use and provides good heat and a reasonable duration. Very happy.

The item arrived later than I expected, the inside if the mask had loose stitching and the small beads were loose.When heated this product omits a very harsh unpleasant chemical smell.

Mina tårkanaler kleggas igen och blir då inflammerade och denna värmer upp dem så så att vätskan kan då komma åt på ögonen. Det är mycket skönt för ögonen. Som en vetekudde, fast för ögonen. Värm den inte för mycket, då blir det obehagligt.

Es cómoda y fácil de usar, debería de tener una cremallera más grande para que no costará tanto meter la parte que se calienta en la funda.Muy útil la banda que te dice (cambia de color) cuando está caliente del todo.

Wer oft oder gar berufsmäßig vor dem Bildschirm sitzt kennt das Problem, insbesondere auch im Winter: Die Augen sind oft trocken und brennen. Dagegen habe ich nun diese Maske, die ich erwärme und mir dann einige Minuten auf die Augen lege. Dadurch bekommen die Augen einerseits ein paar Minuten Wellness, ohne auf den Monitor starren zu müssen. Andererseits wird durch die Wärme die Produktion von Tränenflüssigkeit angeregt, wodurch sich das brennende-Augen-Gefühl rasch legt.Gut finde ich die Transporttasche, wodurch ich die Maske auch mit in's Büro nehmen könnte (bisher nur am Heimarbeitsplatz probiert) und wodurch die Maske vor Schmutz geschützt wird. Nur könnte diese Tasche locker doppelt so groß sein. Es ist jedesmal eine Fummelei, die Maske dort wieder unterzubringen.Die in anderen Bewertungen angesprochene Geruchsentwicklung konnte ich so nicht nachvollziehen. Ja, die Maske hat nach Erwärmung einen Eigengeruch. Das hat mein Körnerkissen auch, wenn ich es in die Mikrowelle lege. Verglichen mit den Körnern finde ich den Maskengeruch jedoch als dezenter und weniger aufdringlich.
