Brilliant piece of kit. Multi function and very sturdy

Very happy with this, I get to have a great workout and struggle to walk after perfecto!!

White (ish) version. Most of the reviews about it not really being suitable for tall (long legged) people in hyperextension mode seems about right... not able to raise thigh pads to hip(ish) level. Also, foot roller pads could do with going higher to allow heels to be raised for deeper hyperextensions. Note: this machine doesn't do 45 degree hyperextensions, if that's important to you? But sissy squat mode seems be good for all, short or tall people. If I had space I'd rather get a separate sissy squat and hyperextension machine. But at 5' 9'' (height) with shortish legs and a lack of space, this is a fairly good compromise. Take up little space when folded and stood against a wall. At approximately 7.5 inches depth... might even go under a high bed. Not perfect, but Happy so far. Edit: not 45 degrees for lowest angle, but fairly close, guess - maybe 50 degrees?

This is well put together and easy to use and adjust. It doesn't take up a lot of room either.

Good squat bench

I bought this as it seemed like very good value for a piece of equipment that offered both sissy squat and hyperextension functions. I was looking forward to using it. The sissy squat function works well and felt fairly solid. However, the hyperextension feature does not adjust high enough for me. At 6ft tall, the pad only reaches about halfway up my thigh, which makes it unusable for that exercise. If you are of a similar height and specifically want it for hyperextensions, it may not meet your needs.

The good thing with this sissy squat is that the pad for behind the legs goes right up to where it should , Just a the top of the calves /knee joint area . This is where it should be but alot for sale don't go up that far . I'm 6ft tall

Great quality, heavy duty. Very sturdy and stable. Definitely effective. You can 100% build strong legs with this. 10/10 👍
