It is good overall to help keep track of your exercise, don't expect an accurate heartrate though. I was working out one time and it said that my heart rate was only 80, but I took it on a pulse monitor and it said 130. The app is neat, it definitely needs some kinks worked out of it, but other than that it's just a simple smartwatch. I will say that the battery was amazing though. I only had to charge it once a week!

I was wondering if i am connecting this watch correctly. The manual explains to download the HuaWise Fit app. I have another error that keeps popping up on my phone (Samsung 22 Ultra) asking if the Galaxy Wearable notifications are on. I don't think this watch works with Galaxy Wearable does it? Also, on my Bluetooth i come up with 2 items, S45k and s45k- phone. Am i supposed to turn these both on? I normally play music from my phone in the car and I notice when i get in the car the music starts playing on my watch and i have to turn it off to have it play on the car speakers. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or can help me out. Thanks!

So when I got this watch it was all good everything was working as it should but when I tried to download a watch face from the app I encountered a problem. I went to download a watch face and when I did it wasn't downloading and kept saying synchronizing. I cancelled the download but when I checked the watch, all the words were pixelated. I tried to reset the watch but when I did it would not turn back on. I contacted customer service from the app and explained everything. Let me tell you. The customer service was a 10/10, they even sent me a replacement free of charge. Two weeks later I got the replacement and everything is working good.

If you have smaller hands/arms, this watch might seem large. It seems a bit large to me but that may be because I am used to wearing smaller watches in general. I've never had a smart watch and tried this one and a few others. This one is the only one that worked consistently and correctly. Wish it had a few more features but for the price I cannot complain at all!

I purchased this watch in a hurry after my previous stop watch became Bluetooth undetectable - apparently a not unusual issue for these inexpensive smart watches. I mostly liked the price. I still like the price, and for what you pay this is a good watch - BUT ... it is hardly a good watch overall. The steps counter seems relatively accurate but the distance calculator is off by 1/2, even with GPS running. Heart rate seems relatively accurate, and SPO2 is in the range. Calorie counter seems imaginary. Sleep monitor is the worst of the functions, never getting the time or duration correct makes me wonder whether the other parts are any better. The app used is OK, but very limited in information stored and accessible (Last month's history? cant find it). The worst part, however, is that the watch and app frequently disconnect and then the app on the phone will simply indicate "connecting." When it does this it will never connect and the only way to once again bind the app and watch is to uninstall the app, reinstall it, and start everything over. I learned this from the extremely helpful built in Customer Service - It (whether AI or person) responded immediately every time I found an issue and always eventually found a solution (even if a cumbersome one like uninstalling/reinstalling). I wish every one of these watch companies had a feature like that! But otherwise it is at best an adequate smartwatch with issues that are only compensated for by the low initial price. If you want to buy cheap, this watch will satisfy; but If you are looking for accuracy and ease, perhaps spend more.

Works for all the features i wanted, besides connecting to texts. The phone connects and receives calls, but i cannot get the texts to sync. Otherwise a good buy for the price

Functionally speaking this is an excellent watch. I am taking off one star for the overly huge selection of juvenile watch face choices. Developer should look at some of the more expensive watches and add some analog faces with some style...useful data points. Include second hand and second marks with weather, BT connection battery level, day & date, steps & heart rate... without all the baloney! Having said that the watch notificatons/BT connection are very reliable. The picture shows a calculator icon but there is no calculator which was misleading and disapointing. Weather does not seem to update enough and keeps reverting back to Celsius after switching to Farenheit in the app. I am using the Dafit app which seems to hold other settings better.
