Good little laptop
Good laptop for the price. Would be great if it had a CD/DVD drive but I have just plugged in an external drive instead. More USB ports would be useful. Sound quality is not great (again, see price) but it works very well in all other aspects and and I purchased some bluetooth speakers to use with it. I haven't used it much, so can't comment on how it stands up to constant use. I'm happy with this purchase. Buyers should make sure that they know which item they are buying (a laptop or a tablet with keyboard) as until it arrived I thought it would be a tablet. Excellent customer service from this company.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!
***UPDATE #2: I STILL haven’t spoken to anyone regarding my warranty. I think this company are cowboys. The cursor now doesn’t appear so there is no way to use it. The company doesn’t respond except to put you off and give you false information til you can’t return it, then they just ignore you. If I could give it a zero I would because I’ve been scammed by con artists.*UPDATE: Since I wrote this about 6 weeks ago I still haven’t got hold of someone about my issues covered under warranty. They email to say they’ve called but they haven’t.The touchpad is FAR too sensitive and there's no way to adjust it like there is on better laptops. Every time I try to type a sentence I end up with a garbled lot of rubbish as the cursor moves about while I type. And the zoom goes crazy and I inadvertently change the screen to 200% zoom and I don't even know what I did. It also cuts out and leaves me with a blue/grey screen for no reason and I have to restart it for it to work...bear in mind it's only a fortnight old. I hate this laptop, and all I needed it for was to do my uni assignments. I'm contemplating sacrificing the £80 I paid for one-off Microsoft Office and getting a refund on this frustrating laptop to buy a better one. And I don't sacrifice money easily. It takes treble the time to do anything to correct all the mistakes made because of the touchpad. Oh, and Zaith don't get back to you about your warranty. I don't recommend this.

Good value
Lightweight laptop- ideal for travelling. Keyboard easy to use and comfortable, good size screen. I’ve only used it a couple of times so far but it seems quite quick. I would recommend this product for anyone who needs a light weight, good value laptop for use such as internet browsing and writing assignments etc.

Numerous Small Glitches caused return
I've returned this laptop today due to a number of small issues which, when added together, led to overall dissatisfaction with the product. The laptop looks the part- it feels well made and seems a quaility design. However-It seemed unable to remember linked devices after being switched off. Eg for wireless mouse and wifi connections, after being switched off I had to 'forget' the link and reinstall to get it to work. I initially thought it was a fault with the mouse but a replacement had the same issue. Also same with wifi routers.Wireless mouse was needed as only has2 USB ports.Occasionally when turning on,would just get a blank screen though power light was green. Finally managed to get past it after multiple ctrl-alt-del presses. In previous reviews it was suggested that the screen detaches to become a tablet- I could see no way of doing this. (Perhaps reviews were misleading and related to a different model?)I tried to contact the vendor re above issues but got no response. Also, I saw a big uplift in usage on my mobile wifi after buying the laptop which didn't seem to be via my phone (using app tracker software). I'm not convinced the laptop was switching off fully though no lights were showing and suspect windows updates were occurring in the background. It's a shame as I liked the look of the product but these multiple but relatively small issues meant in the end I felt it wasn't worth keeping.

Honest review of the Zaith Book 14" Windows Laptop
I bought this laptop for mainly work use. So far, this laptop has worked well with applications such as Discord and Steam (not playing Steam games, mind) however, when working on Google Slides and Google Docs, this laptop seems to struggle a little. Trying the device on 3 different internet connections doesn't help. Also while writing this review on my desktop, the Zaith Book next to me stopped working. It thought it was connected to the internet directly via Ethernet cable. I couldn't troubleshoot so I had to restart. The laptop then proceeded to act up by saying that the PC had ran into a problem and needed to restart. After this, it seemed to be working fine.Gaming on the Zaith Book is a big no. After trying to run basic games like Minecraft and Terraria, it was pretty obvious that the Zaith Book was far out of its comfort zone with the only game that I could play at around 20FPS being Fallout Shelter.Another issue I have is with the system memory. After Windows 10 has been installed, you only have around 16GB to play with. Thankfully, you can use a micro SD card to extend the storage up to 200GB. However, if like me, you are using this for Google Docs and other online tasks, the on board storage shouldn't be an issue at all.Over all, I am pleased with the performance of this laptop going by its price. It is slim and light weight and is good for checking emails and updating your Facebook or Twitter feed. But if you are looking for a cheap laptop for gaming or to download lots of files, this isn't the machine for you.Thank you for reading my honest review of the Zaith Book Windows Laptop. This review was full of my own opinions and has not been reviewed by Zaith before it has been posted. There are no paid promotions and I did not receive this product for free.
