Good Quality
I am a seasoned woodworker and have been through my share of riffler files. 150 grit is hard to find, most of what's out there is 220 or 60 grit and nothing in between. The 150 grit files that I have found end up having that one coarse piece of grit that sticks out and leaves scratches. These files are a true 150 grit and have and even coating........and I've paid more per file than I did this entire set. I'll be ordering a second set for "back up".

Already used for something I had not been planning!
I ordered these for an upcoming project. However a few days before they arrived I purchased some used pyrex items at a Thrift Store. I discovered one of them had a couple chips on the rim with sharp edges that might cut skin. These files allowed me to smooth the chips out, making them safe to handle. Now I just have to start the project I originally ordered them for :-)I also just recently found them very useful in filing a round hole drilled in a plexiglass disk square, for an elevator bolt to mount into. Aggressive enough to work rapidly, gentle enough to avoid cracking the plexiglass as I first filed 4 corners then flattened the sides to make the holes square.

NOT GOOD FOR WOOD!
Some reviewers said these are good for wood. In my opinion they are not. That's not what they are designed for, so I can't ding them. I'll trust the other reviewers on it's use for its intended purpose. If you buy it for wood carving, you will be disappointed.

So far they are working well for me
So far so good. I am able to get into some tight corners that I can't normally reach. I don't always use these so I can't answer how long they will last but so far so good.

Must have detailing tools
I originally bought these for detailing my 3d prints but these are durable and surprisingly effective and have lots of minor applications elsewhere, I find myself pulling them out for all sorts of little adjustments to various things.

Very mini
These are much smaller than I expected. However they are good quality and value. I have found that even as small as they are they are useful in tight places (I am a stone sculptor and generally work larger stones). But good value.

Great for sanding carved gourds!
Love them, they are great for sanding carved areas on gourds!

Shapes galore, good for many things
They're nice. I think the grit should be required on the info - not as fine as I'd like. There is a slight edge roundedness on the flat tools (necessary I suppose). If I were making jewelry, I'd want much finer grit. I'll see what my son says - he does fine jewelry. It's a flexible set, especially for the price, will have many uses.
