Drying component does not work
This unit is a cool concept-but does not work well. Washing is just fine. Drying does not work. When used on the ventless setting, our clothes were left SO wrinkly. When used on the vented setting, they would not dry at all/were very damp after several cycles. I would not recommend this product. We are returning ours today.

Great combo unit
The media could not be loaded. This was such a great buy for me. I just moved into a new apartment with washer hookups but had to be 110 and not 220. So I had to really search around until I found this combo unit. I absolutely love it. It was easy to install, simple water hookups. It is both ventless or vent but I had to have ventless. Which is perfect as it is inside the kitchen area. It doesn't create excessive heat or dryer fluff to make my allergies act up. It is so quiet which is great as I can set it during the day and sleep and not be bothered by it. It looked at others reviews and agree with if you want the process to be faster, don't do washer and dryer options together. You get better results this way. The clothes are a little damp when the dryer cycle is complete but quickly dries when removed. And I loved Amazon delivering it into my entryway. It was light enough that I was able to move it in place myself but no way I would have been able to move it up my stairs myself. And the cost was amazing. It was the price of one appliance if I had bought 2 appliances. I have already washed bed sheets, jeans, etc. and have had no issue, leaks or mishaps. Everyone should get these as they are efficient, eco friendly, inexpensive and perfect for any place.

Wash and drys good if done separately
Wash and dry cycle is best done separately, will not dry completely when set to wash/Dry cycle

i haven’t even had it a year, only used it about 4 months, the top of the machine comes off during spin cycle. i don’t overload the machine but it vibrates right off

Combo washer/dryer
The first month of owning the machine was great, but than it stopped locking so it stopped working all together. We can NOT get a response from the repair team. They gave us a ticket # and now need a repair person to put the parts in they sent but have tried to call every day and no one is getting back to us with a repair person to come and fix it!!! Very dissatisfied with the service and warranty satisfaction…
