Fabric Bunting Rustic tartan with red Cotton 10Ft

Utter rubbish I can't believe people have rated it so high. I wanted this as part of my decoration for a Burns Night. I have just opened the packaging to find that the triangles are frayed and look cheap. Huge spaeces between each triangle (hand width which accounts for its total length (what a con). It's not bound with material shown but what looks wonder web and not very neatly. I could have cut out a lot of triangles myself and stuck them on to wonder web and it would better than this. Tartan is not even the same as pictured which is even more annoying.
