Lovely small dash cam, first failed but second excellent!
Impressed by small size, good, discreet mounting system and quality of video - while it worked! On second day the video camera started to play up with green and purple artefacts at times, then eventually video went black. LCD screen was still working for menus, etc. but no video showing up or recorded on SD card. Tried reformatting SD card and doing a reset on the dash cam to no avail. So sadly had to return for refund.Contacted by seller a couple of days later to apologise for defect and offered free replacement which arrived a few days later. The new dashcam works flawlessly. The small size and shape makes it easy and discreet to mount in the car. I also used the black cable housing to mount the dashcam slightly further down the windscreen so that it was an area kept clear by the wipers in rain. The cable is a good length for running under the headlining, down the rubber door seal and across to the socket. Video quality is very good. Controls and menus are easy to use after familiarisation. Highly recommended!

Packed up after 4 months but very responsive supplier
Nice compact discrete unit which I bought in April this year and which worked perfectly until about a month ago but now won't stay on, continually switching on and off accompanied by a really annoying noise. Interim upgrade of rating. Supplier picked up my review and contacted me immediately I am now waiting for a replacement but so far very impressed with their response. Hopefully will soon be able to update review even further. If the new unit meets expectations I will still intend to buy 2 more of these.

THE FIRST ONE I BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER SELLER ONLY RECORDED THE FIRST THREE FRAMES.I RECEIVED MONEY BACKI CONTACTED THE AMAZON SELLER HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND I PURCHACED A Q5.BUT IT WAS DEAD WOULD NOT POWER ON. AGAIN CONTACTED SELLER AND HE SENT ME A REPLACEMENT. THIS HAS WORKED FINE FOR MANY MONTHS NOW. I LIKE ITS SMALL SIZE AND QUALITY VIDEOSEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHAME ABOUT THE FAILED CAMERAS

Its NOT 1080 camera.
let me start this off by saying in the last couple weeks I bought a similar camera off amazon but this was £10 more expensive but thought would try this one as the specs sounded better on this and it was slightly smaller.I have checked back footage and I am not happy and unsure to return or not as this is not 1080, its more close to 720 but quite a grainy picture. It will start and stop when I drive off which is good. its not fussy what sd card goes in it and its very easy to use.BUT if you expect full hd from this you will be very dissapointed as its not. for £40 its ok but the only reason not full marks is from that grainy picture I have got++++update, I was contacted by the company who replied and offered a replacement which seemed great as they say what I report should not be the case. but they stopped emailing and never replaced++++

After a year it randomly fails to turn on automatically
Had this camera just over a year, and whilst it is a great little camera, it has recently failed to turn on automatically with the ignition.I find myself having to check each time I start the car now, to ensure it is recording, as I can't trust it will already be 'on' if something were to happen.

Update: disappointed at first but happy in the end
Update: Pruveeo reached out to me very quickly to rectify the problem. They have sent me a replacement dash cam and also had a pleasant conversation with me. Would be happy dealing with them again.When I tested it out before installation, it worked fine. As soon as I installed it, all I can do is turn the power LED on and off, no screen and no recording capability. On the rare occasion it does power on, it frequently crashes to a blank screen within a minute or so, and requires resetting.The manual is not perfect but enough to get by.

it is ideal for what i needed it fits on the dash board and does not obstruct my view or make me keep looking at it.

After couple of months it would not turn on by ...
After couple of months it would not turn on by itself, If you turn it on manually it would stay on for a minute or two, and would turn off again.But the seller was kind enough to send a replacement one very quickly.Camera itself is decent. Because of its shape and mounting, its not really distracting when driving.Overall: Good service, good seller and good dash cam
