Having mobility problems inhave found this great, a gentle way to burn up calories, lose weight and improve muscle strength at a pace that suits me. I happy for these reasons.

Set of 5 resistance bands according to level, each colour has a suggested weight. The yellow is the smallest, this is the beginner resistance band if you are new to this type of training. It can be used for a range of exercises including triceps, biceps, shoulders and back.With different thickness and levels of tension you can progress through your workouts to make them tougher as you get stronger.

N7 Resistance/Pull up Bands Set=========================You get 5 bands in a very practical pouch. They are not as long as the normal gym ones and there’s no instructions, but I have used these types of bands already - they can be used in workouts for resistive stretching, or can be used for chin ups/pull ups. I have a chin up bar on the door and put the thick ones on (the three widest ones), and slip my knee into them as one for assisted chin ups. I tend not to get much out of the very thin ones, but that's just me. Great bands and love the included pouch. Currently selling for 26.99

I handed these straight over to my eldest daughter who is very happy with these. She uses them for a ton of different exercises and has had no issues with breakages etc. Comes in a very handy little carry pouch and overall very good

This is a good set of resistance bands, there's a variety of tensions and all feel well made. Comes with a carry bag as well so you can travel with them.Very pleased.
