Satco S1904 4100K 8-Watt Mini Bi Pin T5 Preheat Lamp, Cool White, Frosted

Last time I bought 1 package, a few light is does not working for me.

I really prefer the cool white light over warm light bulbs and these ones seem to be the least expensive option for a bulb of this type and size in cool white. My first order arrived broken and was replaced quickly so that was simply an inconvenience. When I installed these, they looked great and worked well, no flickering or hesitation when turned on. Unfortunately they only lasted a couple of months before burning out. My under counter lighting needs 6 of these and all of them burned out in under 4 months. I guess I'll be going back to the warm white bulbs from a different supplier since I can get over a year of use from them and they are noticeably cheaper per bulb, :/

I bought this item for my mother who needed to replace the bulb on her under-cabinet light over her sink that is used infrequently. She's had it installed for less than 7 weeks and the light no longer works?!?!
